I have power equation of the type
this resembles to the power1 fit in a custom fitting equation which is of the type

here my X is sind(X) function. Any help.
myfittype = fittype('(k*sind(x)).^N',... % .^N
'dependent',{'y'},'independent',{'x'},...
'coefficients',{'k','N'}, 'Lower', [0]);
[myfit1, goodness1, output1] = fit(x,y,myfittype);
plot(myfit1,x,y);
This did not work.

This is still a continuation of your previous question. Please respond there.
Also, this question is missing the essential requirement that N should be a non-zero positive integer.
