i have an image in tiff format, i want to set a threshold temperature say 315 then i want to calculate the mean and the standard deviation around this threshold.the window sholud be 3X3 matrix.how do i go about this

1. Find the locations of your desired temperature.
2. Run a loop for each locaton
3. For one location, as you know the index..you can get surrounding 3X3 points. Get these points.
4. Get the mean
