How can I use machine learning in wireless network simulation?

I want to predict SNR of a mobile network using machine learning but I want to embed the machine learning code in simulation. Can someone please guide me how to do that?

That is somewhat vague.

Do you want each sensor node to be running the machine learning algorithm? Do you want the nodes to be computing the algorithm together using distributed computing? Do you want the machine learning to take place on a device that is not one of the sensors?

Let me put it other way; I will be having one base station, a bunch of mobile stations and the base station will be running machine learning algorithm to predict snr for certain mobile station
