PROBLEM WITH MY LAPTOP UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS PORT DEVICE AFTER ADD ON EXPLORER HARDWARE FOR SUPPORT PACKAGE

Please I have a serious problem with my USB port in laptop with windows 10. In fact, have installed the MATLAB R2018b trial version and when adding APPS by "Get-More Apps", the windows Add-on Explorer have been opened and I chose Hardware support package with my USB Mouse and my Camera connected. I have selected the Communications Toolbox Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio. When installing or added this Apps, I was not concentred and my computer have stay without running. I have observed that my matlab computer have stopped turning. While stopping this program, my USB port have stopped working. The port USB is now unable to access data in my smart phone, to detect the usb mouse, to detect the usb camera. I am very confuse. Please help me.
