transfer function in simulink

I have derived the following transfer function by hand and wish to input it into simulink to get the time and frequency response characteristics from a step response. What is the best way of inputting/modelling this in simulink?

I have parameters for all the variables used but have left them out to keep it clearer. Thank you for any help in advance

Do you want to construct a continuous time model? I'm asking cause you gave a Laplace transform.

But before you try to insert your parameters, it would be better to read this:
