How can I get add-ons in MATLAB R2015b?

In MATLAB R2015b, when I click on Add-Ons -> Get Add-Ons, it opens the Add-On Explorer, but I see a page stating that "Add-On Explorer is no longer available for this release".

How can I access the Add-On Explorer as well as download the add-ons I need in MATLAB R2015b?

The Add-On Explorer is unavailable for releases R2017a and older.

Furthermore, add-ons and support packages are also no longer supported for R2016a and older. If you would like to use the Add-On Explorer, add-ons, or support packages, you will need to use a newer release of MATLAB.
