Is there any algorithm/functions to compensate the rolling shutter effect in a video? I don't have any gyroscope sensor values.

I want to stabilize a very shaky video(caused by induced vibrations). But before applying the algorithm for stabilization, i would like to correct the effect of rolling shutter in the video so that I can get a better stabilized video. Is this possible?
