GUI - saving settings,rerunning with saved settings

I have a GUI with some popup menu,sliders,buttons etc.. which change properties of a plotted graph(say markers, linestyle,width etc..) , now i want to insert a push-button which when pushed executes code with changes i have made with other buttons. Example: I have a graph with square markers and i select diamond markers in my gui popup menu now i want same graph with diamond markers on pressing a push button.
