can I use matlab-cnn to extract road from only one satelitte image ?

I would like to extract road network from satellite image using deep learnig , I've choose CNN to do it... but cnn need a dataset of images so I loaded a satellite dataset (deepsat) and defined input variables but it also doesn't work in matlab, may be I've choose the wrong methode , any help please ??

What are your outputs of your network? You can't train a network to work with images unless you tell it what the output of those images is.
