HOW TO GET FACE COORDINATES (xyz) OF A SOLID HOLLOW CYLINDER?

i have created a solid hollow cylinder using CAD software. after that i have changed the geometry file to .stl file for import into matlab. hollow cylinder had 4 faces. i want to get xyz coordinates of a particular face of the hollow cylinder.

The faces in an stl file are normally the indices to the vertices matrix, so you'll have to use them both to get the coordinates for one particular face.
