Reset the default Toolchain

I tried to manually configure the MingW64 Compiler for matlab. Now i get the erroermessage: "The default toolchain (short name:MinGW64 Compiler (C)) is not listed in the Toolchain registry."
And "mex -setup" only shows me the C and C++ Compiler.
Can i somehow reset my changes?
