Extracting time values when specific conditions are met

Hi! I've been trying to calculate response times to the repetition of an event. Whenever an image was repeated, ChangeReg value is 0. I want to extract time values when there was a repetition and when there was a response and store them in a new column to calculate the response time. I would appreciate any tips! I attached a screen shot of the table.

YOu need read the excel file data into matlab first and then use logical indexing.
[num,txt,raw] = xlsread(myfile) ;
Now, you can use logical indexing to extract the data you want.
