This appears to be a continuation of convert-hex-data-to-viewable-image-using-matlab-r2018a, in which I think you say you've resolved the problem.

Also, there are 22504 hexadecimal characters = 11252 bytes in your text file. Neither 256, nor 120 are a divisor of 11252, so it's not clear why you're attempting to read a 256x120 array.
