Raspberry Pi 3 and Raspberry Pi 3B are fully supported in R2018a.
Raspberry Pi 3 B+ is not supported, but reportedly can be made to work; see https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/400088-does-matlab-support-raspberry-pi-3-b-hardware#answer_322438
