hi friend for example i want to collocate the information in 13.column according the campany's name with thier data(with all row) like that: in 13.colums (ticarethane) i want collocate all row his name is (ticarethane) did you understand me?

i cant add excel file(the site didnt accept ) can you tell me the funcation who can do that

Zip it ans add......you have to use xlsread to load the data..and use strcmp to get the indices of strings you want.
