이미지 시퀀스 제작방법 문의

이미지 시퀀스(.mat) 를 다음과 같은 형식으로 제작 하고 싶습니다.(width x height x framerate unit8)
그러나, 홈페이지 상에 나온 방법으로 하니 (width x height x 3 unit8)가 되네요.. https://kr.mathworks.com/help/matlab/examples/convert-between-image-sequences-and-video.html
어떻게 첨푸 파일처럼 이미지 시퀀스를 제작할수 있을까요??
