HOW TO MAKE A TENSOR IF ONE DIMENSION IS TIMESTAMP IN DATE-TIME FORMAT

How should i create a tensor with the following components.

1.trip id(24999 * 1 double)

2.pickup timestamp for each id(24999*1 in format of date-time)

3.starting and ending latitude and longitude pair for each trip(24999*4 double )

4.travel time.(24999 *1 double)

it should give the travel time for a particular trip on a particular timestamp and on a particular starting and ending node Another problem is latitude ,longitude are not integers so what to do with them
