Compare values by interval

Hello,

I have a block in sumilink that needs to get activated by and if iterator block under the following condition

u1/u2 must be between 0,9 and 1. If the division of both input ports is between this value the If iterartor block must active an If action subsystem.

The reason: I implement excel date into my simulink model trough the matlab workspace. Thaug the values will never be 100% the same. So I'm not abel to set If u1=u2... active the If action subsystem.
