How do i use Linkdata on a Tree Plot

I want to create a Treeplot using the treeplot command. Is it possible to use the linkdata command to automatically update my Plot when the nodes Vector changes? I want the Plot to grow every time I add a new Node to the Vector. So far I could not link the Nodes Vector to the Plot because linkdata only works with X, Y and Z data inputs.

Is there maybe another solution to update the Plot as soon an the Vector changes?
