Sorry, Mathworks has still not given the volunteers access to the financial systems.

We don't have any possible way to help you on Answers. I've also deleted the picture containing your license information from your comment.
I would suggest contacting them again, via a direct telephone call. Explain your problem. Do this on Monday, during the day time in the Eastern US.
