3-D array of vector models using Quiver model, how?

I am attempting to graph a 3-d array of [x,y,z] vector values using a quiver3 model, but to my knowledge you can only graph a singular function's numerous surface norms rather than a 3-d array of independent vector values for each point. Is there a way to graph a 3-d array of individual vector values into a quiver3 model?

I'm not sure what you're asking. 'quiver3' accepts a 3D velocity vector (U,V,W) at 3D points (X,Y,Z). If you choose to form the 3D velocity vector as the norms of another function, you're welcome to. However, there's nothing that requires you to.
And since the 3D points don't have to be in any sort of grid (like a meshgrid) you can have any mish-mash of points with vectors anywhere you want them.
