How to save .mat files as .png in a folder?

I had downloaded the CIFAR-100 Matlab version from this website: https://www.cs.toronto.edu/~kriz/cifar.html. I'd like to use its image data set for my own training. However, I don't know how to save them in a folder. I have a similar code that I got from Matlab deep learning demo, as follows.
How can I change the codes so that it downloads CIFAR-100 from the url and prepare .mat files as image folder like how it did for CIFAR-10?
