CT and MR images registration

I have designed an app in matlab to register medical images. I am trying to register the two images (CT and MR) shown in picture, but it does not show the correctly registered image. Iam not able to decide how to play with parameters like growthfactor, epsilon,initial radious..etc. can anyone help?
