How to reuse trained network with new input values for prediction?

I developed ANN network using rainfall and runoff as input and runoff as target nnftool, saved simple script in (.m) file. Now I want to use only rainfall and predict runoff by running script. How to enter new data in simple script.

First Thank you for responding. I used nnftool. gave inputs and target values. trained and saved script. I ma quite new in ANN world so I have very limited knowledge. If you say I can paste screen shots. or share that script which I Saved. I only need to learn how to load my input data so that it could predict output (runoff). You can export you net into work space......this net will be used for prediction.

@KSSV There is the problem. I saved simple script uploaded it again but don't know how to enter new input for prediction.
