Detecting of unbounded/uncompleted circular shapes out of binary images

Hey all, I have a Problem with detecting the unbounded like circular objects in binary Images. actually, they are not identically circular shapes, but they have the shapes of circles or in other means ellipses. Can any Body help me with that please. ? I have attached a mat file which contains the binary Matrix, all you Need is to write the following code to see the binary Image is to write imagesc(~BW); colormap gray The final Ellipse Image, that i Need, can be seen in the attached jpg file.
