How to add artificial noise in class labels of data set??..

How can we add / introduce artificial noise in the class labels of dataset??.. Actually, I need to evaluate the performance of Adaboost.M1 (an ensemble method) in the presence of noise and also wants to check how much Adaboost.M1 is affected by noise.....
Plz suggest the answer..... In MATLAB 2011a 's Help, only functions for adding noise in images are given.....
But not suggesting any way that how to make a dataset noisy by adding noise to class labels??.
