Deploy x32 from x64 version of matlab

I know this question has already been answered, but the situation has changed. In previous versions the only way to compile a matlab apps for x32 was having a x32 version of matlab. Since 2016 there are not x32 versions of matlab, only x64. Is there any way to use these new x64 versions to compile x32 apps?
