How to export a correct eps file ?
古いコメントを表示
I have drawed a scatter map like this example. There are 126539 dots in this diagram. I want to export a vector diagram to edit in the AI software or Coreldraw. But maybe the dots are too many, the vector diagram which exported from save as a ".eps" file or use print command is very small. The vector diagram actually is consitsted of several parts of pictures, not a correct vector diagram. I have tried this process in matlab2011a in my computer. The result is a correct and normal vector diagram. I don't know why. Now my matlab version is 2017b, I use the licensed software from our university. Thank you if anyone can help

How do you create the EPS file? Is the OpenGL or Painters renderer is active?

Try file > Export Setup > Rendering, enable Custom renderer and set it to painters (vector format). Then apply changes to figure and then export figure to eps with these settings.
