I have an image and have added noise to it and gave calculated mse,now i have little doubt what is difference between mse and snr,i know mse must be less to get a clear image, what should be the value of snr to get a clear image ,please tell

SNR should be high to get a clear image. An image with no noise would have 0 noise, so its signal to noise ratio would be something divided by 0 which would be infinity.
