Hello,
I am attempting to use simscape to create a differential Hodgkin-Huxley model of a neuron. I have created the model of the Na ion pump as its own circuit and I want to turn that model into simscape/simulink block that I can attach to other simscape elements. Currently the model has scopes and converter blocks attached to it. How do I need to modify these things generally to be able to plug in another block element? How can I then save this model?

Create a subsystem from your model as you would do with a regular Simulink model.
