Instead of Ifelse block which block is very useful for Energy management system in the HEV powertrain model?

Hallo friends, I am modelling the hybrid powertrain model in the simulink. I have confusion in the control strategy of EMU. If i am using ifelse function, it makes little complicated while variying the input values. if i use switch case, it also little worse to be not identifiýing the exact range value. can anyone suggest me some other function blocks for EMU in HEV?
