How to determine factor loading using factoran without knowledge of number of factors?

I have a data set, 200*15 matrix. I am trying to determine the number of factors and the factor loadings. The function “factoran” needs the number of factors as a priori. But my problem is that I should determine the factor loadings without knowledge of number of factors. Is there any way to do it?
