How to calculate the average value of rectangular signal in simulink ?

Hello, i am working on the Zero-crossing method to measure the phase error between two sinusoidal signals as it show below. i did all the steps but the last one in which i need to find the average value i find some problems ... my question is how can i measure the average value of the Bistable flip flop output on Simulink ? thanks in advance
