classification of apples using knn

I am doing final year project on automated inspection and grading of fruits. Till now I found features of apples and made a xls sheet, now i need to use knn classification so that i can grade apples.. i have seen examples here on matlab and couldn't understand.. any help? i have attached my dataset features of good apples.
