uigefile or uiimport for multiple files?

For my script I want to import a bunch of text files at once, preferably with the user interface like in uigefile or uiimport. The individual imported files could be stored in a big aray or seperately. Also it would be great if I could get the filenames of the individual files.

According to the documentation for UIGETFILE, you can allow the user to select multiple files. Then simply loop through the filenames while creating your storage array. If the data are different sizes, you might have to use a cell array.
