octal number to binary conversion

I need to design a simulink model that conerts my 3 digit octal number to binary

Use https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/directlookuptablend.html. The octal number is the input and you would have a 2D table, which would lead to a vector result. If I understand the documentation, you would provide the table data with three rows, and the first column would be for input value 0, the second column for input value 1, and so on.
