Error Installation MATLAB R2017b: archive is not a ZIP archive

The following error was detected while installing bioinfo_data_common: archive is not a ZIP archive Would you like to retry installing bioinfo_data_common? If you press No, the installer will exit without completing the installation.
I already free space in the temp directory, but still I cannot install some packages like the neural networks tool package.

Contact (call) the Mathworks directly for all purchasing, licensing, activation, and installation problems. It's free and most likely your fastest way to a solution. We are not the Mathworks here.
