why do color boundaries in the colorbar not agree with those in the levellist?

Dear Mathworks: I am using filled contours on a map using the Mapping toolbox. The boundaries between the fill colors are specified in a LevelList array. The boundaries between the fill colors are appearing on the map as specified. But on the colorbar, the boundaries are not appearing in the right place. The attached graphic shows the problem. Lines 136-138 in the script, inside the attached zip file, show the contour stateming I'm using, and the colorbar properties are given on lines 145-148. Can you show me how to correct the problem?
