ToolBox with mexw64 binaries files

I building a toolbox that contains mexw64 files, I building my toolbox for the different MATLAB versions I want to support namely 2016a to 2017b
My toolbox package use the same toolbox name for all builds but generate different mltbx package files, so the problem I facing is that MATLAB by default use the same addon folder for all installed versions
So If a user was to install my toolbox ice-3.7.1-R2016a.mltbx it will end up in Add-Ons\Toolboxes\ice and if later he install ice-3.7.1-R2017b.mltbx it will go overwrite previous Add-Ons\Toolboxes\ice
What is the recommended approach to handle this situations?
