how to find the number overlap objects using different threshold values by adaptive thresholding..could anyone help me wih the code..

Define "number overlap objects". What is overlapping what? Do you mean how to separate connected objects like using something like watershed segmentation?

The fruits in the image are overlapped, so using adaptive thresholding overlapped fruits has to separated.
