Select grid which to plot in docked figure window

Hi everyone,

I have couple questions about docked figure window:

(1) I can manually set the figure window to have a 3x4 grid (i.e. 3 rows and 4 columns). Can I do this programmatically?

(2) How do I programmatically select which box (inside the window) will hold the docked figure?
