Putting custom axis on contour plot?

I am trying to plot temperature on a 2D plot. I used a nodal analysis with nx and ny nodes in the horizontal and vertical direction respectively. When i do the contour plot it shows the nodes on the axis as expected (see below). I tried using "axis" to put the length of each side as opposed to the nodes but it comes out like the other image shown, where x and y are lengths input earlier in the code. Thanks in advance for any help
