How can I create the proper wavelet?

Hallo!!I have a time series and I want to run a convolution (conv) with a morlet wavelet that will search for frequencies in the band 0.2-0.8 hz. What is the propper morlet wavelet and how can I create it ? Is the morlet(..) command sufficient?
