Chinese garbled in Windows 10 devices with new Chinese font.

In the new version of Windows 10(RS4), the dafult font of Chinese "msyh" has been update. That causes almost all characters can not be displayed properly, even English characters.

I tried to change the language to English, but part of character can't be read too. I try to reinstall the software but I can't read it at all. You can see the pic below.

You may set the display language to English following the link below to complete installation first.

Then uncheck "Use system font" and select an appropriate font to see if Chinese characters can be correctly displayed.

Thanks for your help，most of the interface returned to normal. But a part of the interface is still unreadable. You can see it in the screenshots below.
