how to find the tangent of the step response of system in simulink?

Hello, I would to calculate the PID parameter for my plant, I have injected a step input and I got a step response on scope. however how can I extract the A,L and T of the tangent so I can calculate these parameters,you can find in the picture what I am looking for. thanks in advance
