Refrigerator model with temperature

Hi I would like to model a refrigerator using Matlab for the purpose of temperature prediction. How can I do that? I need to plot the expected temperature and the status of the refrigerator (on/off) only. The one available in the official mathworks page is too complicated and doesn't show me the temperature changes with time. I thought of getting the cooling and heating curves and then do line or curve fitting but I can't find data on that (I will need the historical data). How can I model it, or from where can I access the historical data/
