Why does my computer get freezing error when playing run button in simulink?

For Data acquisition experiment, I have used simulink. But, when I click run button, my computer stop all processing and have no response. Through it sometimes works well several times, suddenly freezing problem is occurred. Are there anyone who solve these kinds of problem? I already took windows format. Is it a hardware problem?
