In SimBiology, is there any way to fit multiple data sets to the model with a single set of parameters? How can I do this using Simbiology desktop or coding?

My data sets result in a signal for the output but one of the initial conditions (or states) is different for each data set.

I described a solution to a similar problem here. But let me summarize here. You can fit the data using the command-line function sbiofit with the pooled option, or with the equivalent task in the SimBiology desktop. You will need to implement the different initial conditions as different doses for each condition and then use the Pooled option so that you estimate a single set of parameters for all conditions.
