Hello. I have a problem while installing Neural Network Toolbox Model for AlexNet Network. The error is next: "There was a problem installing the support package. To resolve this issue, contact Technical Support". I have a lisence for MATLAB from university.

If you have any ideas, i'll appreciate your help.

try connecting your internet from different source like if you are using wifi switch to any other mode or change the network. it worked for me though!!

I am facing this problem only with alexnet support package, I am able to install rest all add-ons without any issue.
