Hi. I am trying to connect Piccolo Launchpad with simulink through serial communication.

I am trying to run a code on the piccolo board at 10kHz and get the output into simulink through serial communication at 100Hz. I have tried using a rate transition and a trigger, but I at high frequency the input is zero. When I run the code at same frequency as the serial output frequency I get the correct reading. Any suggestion on this problem would be very helpful.
